Yes. Individual and bulk shipments are both fine, and you can mix device types and brands in the same box. Pack everything securely, use the prepaid shipping label, and we'll sort and route each device on our end.
How fast is your turnaround across different device types?
Most repairs are completed within 5–7 business days, and many devices are turned around in 48–72 hours, depending on volume and parts availability.
Do repairs include a warranty, and what parts do you use?
Every completed repair carries a one-year warranty on both parts and labor. We use high-quality OEM or equivalent aftermarket parts, depending on availability and your district's preference.
How does pricing and quoting work?
Every device gets a free diagnostic, and you approve a written quote before any work begins — or you can set an Open PO / repair threshold to skip quoting on lower-cost repairs and speed up returns. Choose flat-rate per-repair pricing or an annual protection plan. If a device can't be repaired, you're never charged for it.
Do you work with purchasing co-ops and provide procurement documents?
